At our monthly meeting, a new recipient is awarded by the outgoing titleholder. It’s important to us that the award remains employee-driven, so they can base their decision on their own interactions that happen within the company. Jason joined our company five years ago, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for the HVAC industry. From the very beginning, he has shown an incredible work ethic and an eagerness to tackle challenges head-on. His journey from an HVAC technician to a lead installer has been marked by continuous learning, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality service.
As a Lead HVAC Installer, Jason is responsible for overseeing the installation of both ducted and ductless heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. His attention to detail is second to none. Whether it’s a complex commercial installation or a routine residential installation, Jason approaches each project with meticulous attention to detail.
