We were amazed at the quickness with which your customer service division responded to our bed request – Will Pierce did an amazing job explaining everything to us and we had the bid right away. He went above and beyond what he had to do to recommend someone to insulate our attic when everything was completed by Associated Heating. We are extremely happy with the products of the company as well. The products are well engineered and the programming is top grade. We are also delighted with Bryson and Ken who came to our home to install everything. These two work extremely well together. They do not waste any time, and work so very hard for those three days that they were here. We were totally impressed with them. Thy always cleaned up at the end of each day and left our home impeccable when the job was finalized. Bryson explained the thermostat with me and how to program it. He also explained the filters and how often we needed to change them and where they were located. He asked if we had any questions and said to please call if there was anything that we needed to wanted to know. I love your office staff. They make me smile every time I call. I have NEVER had this kind of care and service from any company that I have dealt with in the past. This is such a concerned business. They provided the very best service I have ever had.
